Block Data Manager	Essential Qualification: 👉 For Ayurvedic Compounder: Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from Govt. government-recognized institute. 👉 For Unani Compounder: Diploma in Unani Pharmacy from Govt. recognized institute. 👉 For Homeopathic Compounder: Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from Govt. Recognized institute.

Essential Experience: 👉 1-2 years of work experience in the health sector / relevant field. 👉 Basic Computer skills, especially those related to MS Office • Good Data management skills. • Ability to work in a team.
ANMs	👉 10+2 or equivalent examination & should have completed ANM course from institution recognized by Govt. and approved by INC. 👉 Registered under Jharkhand Council.
Pharmacists	👉 Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. It should have registered under the Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
Counsellors	Essential Qualification: 👉 Bachelor’s degree in social science or Degree/ Diploma in counseling/ Health Education/Mass Communication. Essential Experience: 👉 At least two years’ experience of working as a counselor in a health care Facility.
Rehabilitation Worker	Essential Qualification: 👉 10+2 or equivalent qualification One year Certificate Course /Diploma in multi–Rehabilitation Worker (DMRW) or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker (CBRW) from a recognized institute, 👉 Registered as rehabilitation on Personnel under rehabilitation Council of India Act. 1992. Essential Qualification: 👉 At least one year experience of Working in a hospital.
ARSH Counsellors	Essential Qualification: 👉 Bachelor’s degree in social science or Degree/ Diploma in counseling/ Health Education/Mass Communication. Essential Experience: 👉 At least two years’ experience of working as a counselor in a health care Facility.
